Warehouse Solar Rack Assembler – Day Shift Location: New Jersey Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift Pay: $18/hour
Job Overview: We are hiring dependable individuals to join our warehouse team as Solar Rack Assemblers. This role involves assembling inverter racks used in solar energy systems. All work is performed indoors in a warehouse setting—no travel or outdoor installation required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble inverter racks using impact drills and socket bits
Measure and align components accurately
Connect and secure rack pieces according to specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of solar installation experience, or
Construction background with ability to measure, assemble, and use power tools
Familiarity with impact drills and socket bits
Strong attention to detail and reliability
