Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within a K-12 school setting in Grady, NM. This contract role is scheduled for the upcoming school year, offering an opportunity to support students across all grade levels with speech and language development needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.

Qualifications:

  • Valid New Mexico Speech Language Pathologist license.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working in a professional school environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students across a wide age range.

Location and Schedule:

  • Onsite position based in Grady, NM.
  • Full-time hours.
  • Contract duration: One school year.
