**Job Title: Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse**

**Contract Duration:** 90 weeks

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse with experience in catheterization procedures and IR. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to take on call responsibilities for both Cath Lab and IR services one night per week and every fourth to fifth weekend.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing procedures in the Cath Lab and IR.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation and positioning of patients for procedures.
- Administer medications and monitor patients throughout procedures.
- Maintain and operate equipment and instruments used during Cath Lab and IR procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control procedures.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.


**Qualifications:**
- Active nursing license with necessary certifications for Cath Lab and IR.
- Proven experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology settings.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and instrumentation related to the Cath Lab and IR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of patient care.

**Additional Requirements:**
Must successfully complete mandatory onboarding processes including:
- Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
- Fingerprinting and Criminal Background Check
- Health and Physical Assessment including vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, etc.)
- Skills and Competency Testing
