ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Prescott, Arizona.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with 30-minute unpaid lunch break
\n• Night shifts available with every other weekend requirement
\n• Work 2 weekends per 4-week schedule
\n• Holiday requirement includes working 2 days and 1 evening or 2 evenings and 1 day for Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving
\n• Patient ratio of 1:5 on telemetry unit with 48 beds (units 4A and 4B)
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• Must have experience reading basic telemetry strips and interpreting them at least once per shift
\n• Experience with general and orthopedic surgical patients, CVA, and TIA preferred
\n• Cerner experience recommended as orientation is only one shift
\n• May float to East Campus and possibly PCU if qualified
\n• Navy blue scrubs required
\n• Care for patients with COVID, respiratory issues, GI conditions, diabetes, telemetry, TIA, CVA, and general/orthopedic/spinal surgical patients
\n• Work with respiratory equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, high flow, and breathing treatments
\n• Self-scheduling used with manager balancing final schedules made 4 weeks in advance
\n• Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per contract (3 shifts if contract under 13 weeks)
\n• No call or standby requirements
\n• BSN not required
