IDR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Trauma ER - Emergency Room for a travel nursing job in Yuma, Arizona.

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

There is an open position for both day shift and night shift.

Facility & Unit:
- Setting: Acute Care
- Trauma Level: II (STEMI & Stroke receiving; stroke interventions shipped out)
- Beds: 20 total | 2 trauma bays | 6 fast track beds | 2 triage areas (“Quick look”)
- ER patient volume: ~300/day

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum: 2 years ER experience
- Required: Trauma Level I or II ER experience in past 2–3 years
- Not accepted: Level III or lower only
- GSW & stabbing experience a bonus

Certifications:
- Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
- Preferred: TNCC

Patient Types:
- All emergency needs: trauma, medical, surgical, pediatrics

Ratios:
- Medical: 1:5
- UCY: 1:2–3
- Fast Track: 1:6

Scheduling:
- Weekend: 4 shifts per 4-week block
- Holidays: Typically 2 of 5 (includes eves)
- Floating: To Onvida Main Campus ER (scheduled in advance; rare last-minute float; 15-min drive)
- Orientation: 1 day NEO, 1 day EPIC/clinical, 1 day floor
