**Job Title: Wound Care RN – 13 Week Assignment**

**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

**Location:** Outpatient Wound Care Clinic

**Overview:**
Join our team as a Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an outpatient setting, focusing on wound care with no weekends or holidays required. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the outpatient wound care clinic.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create individualized care plans.
- Provide wound care treatments, education, and support to patients.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean environment for all patients.
- Educate patients and families on wound care management and prevention.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in wound care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.

**Schedule and Guaranteed Hours:**
This position guarantees 40 hours per week for the contract duration.
