Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Qualifications 5+ years of experience producing social media content in fast-paced environments Experience directing both in-studio and remote productions Experience with lighting for product photography, men's apparel brands a plus Graphic design and video editing skills a plus Expertise in high-efficiency production methodologies Comfortable working with creative strategists to execute creative concepts Open to 5 days/week in office Company Context birddogs is a growth stage men’s sports apparel brand approaching a $100m run rate. The Paid Creative team is the driving force behind generating sales as it produces hundreds of creative tests per week on social platforms. The Creative team needs a Video Producer to create viral, engaging content across multiple channels. Role Specific Context This is an incredible opportunity to execute as the central driver of revenue at birddogs. This ideal candidate will have both brand and performance experience at an agency or in-house at an ecommerce brand. This individual must be detail oriented, able to navigate and solve ambiguous problems, analytical, and strategically inclined.
