Job Details Responsibilities:

1. Create and develop architectural designs for custom and single-family residential projects, ensuring all designs meet the client's requirements and expectations.
2. Produce comprehensive design layouts and architectural drafting, adhering to established standards and specifications.
3. Review and interpret redlines, making necessary changes to architectural drawings and specifications.
4. Produce design development drawings, working closely with architects to refine and finalize designs.
5. Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and codes to ensure designs are innovative and compliant.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
2. A minimum of 1+ year of experience in architectural design, preferably in custom and single-family residential projects.
3. Proficient in architectural drafting and design layout creation.
4. Experience in producing design development drawings, and working closely with architects.
5. Comprehensive understanding of redlines and the ability to interpret and implement changes efficiently.
6. Strong knowledge of architectural principles, construction methods, and building codes.
7. Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
