A bit about us: We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled individual to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Project Manager. This role is an incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of affordable housing construction, making a tangible difference in communities. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of our affordable housing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our team of professionals and stakeholders, managing the day-to-day operational aspects of our projects. Why join us? Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and government officials, to ensure all project requirements are met. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including LIHTC requirements. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders. Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and team members. Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety in all project activities. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the affordable housing and construction industry. Proven knowledge and experience within real estate development and construction management, preferably in the affordable housing sector. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in project management software and tools. A strong commitment to ethical business practices and promoting affordable housing initiatives. Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) are a plus.
