Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Marketing Associate to join our creative marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, photo editing, and content creation for both digital and print media. This individual will play a key role in the production of high-quality content across a range of channels, including social media ads, lookbooks, website design, and more. You will be responsible for taking direction from the team and producing polished, visually engaging content that aligns with the brands aesthetic. We are looking for someone who is motivated, efficient, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with the creative marketing team to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms
2. Create and edit graphics for social media ads, website design, email campaigns, and more
3. Assist in the design and formatting of lookbooks, promotional materials, and product pages
4. Photo editing, retouching, and image selects to ensure consistency and brand alignment
5. Design layouts for digital and print marketing materials, maintaining high standards of quality
6. Edit video content for social media and digital campaigns
7. Organize and manage files within Dropbox and other shared platforms for efficient collaboration
8. Contribute ideas for visual campaigns and new creative directions

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
2. Proficient in photo editing and retouching
3. Strong graphic design and layout creation skills
4. Experience in video editing and motion graphics
5. Knowledge of web design principles (experience with web design is a plus)
6. Experience working in the apparel or fashion industry is preferred
7. High level of self-motivation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
8. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
9. Desire to learn new techniques and grow your skill set in the creative field
10. Ability to take direction while maintaining a proactive approach to work

Other Requirements:

1. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
2. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks

This is a full-time/hourly, in-office position based in Santa Barbara, CA. Candidates must be local to the area.
