Graphic Design Intern-Summer 2024 As a Graphic Design Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement creative design solutions across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will be part of a team that supports the creation of marketing materials, and gain experience with planning, process and execution in a real-world corporate setting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES - Assist in the creation of digital graphics and collateral for marketing and web content, including social media graphics, brochures, posters, email campaigns, and more
- Support the design team in conceptualizing and implementing visual aspects of marketing materials
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Developing marketing content while ensuring brand standards are met
- Finishing final production tasks including copy changes, design changes, etc. as directed
- Help with the maintenance of design files and resources
- Provide administrative support to the design team as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Pursuing a 4 year degree in Marketing & Graphic Design
- Must be in junior or senior year
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
