Top Daily Responsibilities: The CW’s will work with the Internal Bidding Team, which handles all union/represented positions within specified service lines (i.e., Nursing, Lab, etc.). Their core responsibility will evaluate and refer bargaining unit bidders that are eligible and qualified in seniority order to hiring managers. They will also be responsible for offers, aging and time to fill for their positions.
Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have: Strong keyboarding and excel skills along with the ability to toggle various systems or documents. Strong time management skills.
