Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated Production Team Member to join their team. As a Production Team Member, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Team Member

Location: TRAVERSE CITY, MI

Pay Rate:  $21 

Shift: 2nd shift - 3pm to 11pm

What's the Job?

• Load and unload materials onto or into machines by pushing, pulling, lifting, or stacking, either manually or with equipment.
• Operate machinery by adjusting levers, pedals, plates, dials, and blankets as required.
• Replace and clean worn parts such as guides, cutting tools, and brushes to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Inspect materials and report any defective or questionable conditions to the lead operator.
• Follow ISO procedures and safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial or machine operation roles.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic mechanical skills and comfort with mechanical applications.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, including simple fractions.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when required.
