• Minimum of three years of experience within Commercial Real Estate
• Team player with strong organizational and computer skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in all facets of commercial litigation, including the pleading stage, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals.
• Working knowledge of e-discovery platforms and e-filing requirements in both state and federal courts.

Qualifications:

• Able to work independently and should have excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills in drafting and proofreading legal documents, as well as estate planning documents, along with any correspondence.
• Organizing, maintaining files, and assisting with marketing activities.
• Prior litigation and e-filing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 2-3 years of previous legal assistant experience, litigation, and e-filing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
