Position Summary Sensory Evaluators main responsibilities will include conducting organoleptic testing /sensory evaluation of production samples against QC retain samples; and R&D samples against a target sample and makes oral and written observations and judgments and provides feedback to chemists Samples to be tested may include the following:

• Nicotine (Free Base and Salt) containing e-liquids
• Kratom Containing edible products such as Liquid Shots, Powder Shots and Gummies
• Kava Containing edible products such as Liquid Shots, Powder Shots
• Nutraceutical Containing edible products such as Liquid Shots, Powder Shots and Gummies

This position will be stationed in Orlando, Florida. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Highly organized and flexible with the ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines and priorities Proficient in computer applications Team player and collaborates well with others. Maintain a clean work area. Work safely and follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies and procedures as well as security regulations. Other duties may be assigned. Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Detail Oriented Good interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Education and/or Experience: College degree in Chemistry or Natural Science is preferred Previous experience in the food industry is a plus Work Environment and Physical Demands Ability to regularly stand, sit, and walk to perform tasks Employees are required to wear eye protection and lab coats while in the lab area Driving and Travel: No Travelling and Driving Expected Performance Outputs Strong Sensory Perception: Ability to identify and describe taste, smell, texture, and appearance in detail. Attention to Detail: Precision in evaluating and recording sensory data. Knowledge of Sensory Testing Methods: Familiarity with techniques like taste panels, triangle tests, and descriptive analysis. Data Interpretation: Basic understanding of how to analyze sensory results and draw conclusions. Clear Communication: Ability to describe sensory experiences using the right vocabulary and write simple, clear reports. Team Collaboration: Working well with others, like panelists and product developers.
