As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel Agent to join our team.
As an Independent Travel Agent, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their travel plans and creating personalized itineraries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
- Providing expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Creating and customizing travel itineraries based on client preferences.
- Booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
- Keeping up-to-date with travel industry trends, including new destinations and offerings.
- Handling travel documentation and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the travel process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market, promote, and sell travel
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Complete Travel Training Certification
- Have a computer and/or smart phone
- Willing to learn and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Attend on-going training & education
