Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (may change to 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Experience: 1+ years of warehouse experience

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders, managing warehouse inventory, and ensuring safe and organized operations. The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, and able to work well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and gather finished goods to fulfill customer orders.

• Review order details including pallet sizing, dimensions, and custom requirements.

• Select and assemble packaging materials such as wooden/cardboard containers and shrink-wrap.

• Prepare shipping labels, including hazardous placards as needed.

• Scan finished goods into the E1 system for shipments to other locations (CA, TN) and internal transfers.

• Safely load and unload trailers using appropriate equipment.

• Transport pallets within the warehouse following first-in/first-out (FIFO) procedures.

• Conduct daily cycle counts (twice per day) and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas using 5S practices.

• Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, as well as Cherry Pickers.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

• Clear communication skills and ability to work across departments.

• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
