Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pathology assistant duties Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Maintain current ASCP-PA (American Society for Clinical Pathology - Pathology Assistant) certification
• Complete required COVID-19 vaccination and maintain current status
• Maintain current MMR vaccination status
• Complete Trinity Color Vision assessment
• Complete Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire
• Maintain current Hepatitis B vaccination status
• Complete required Fit Test for respiratory protection
• Maintain current Varicella vaccination status
• Maintain current Tdap vaccination status
• Complete 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) tuberculosis screening
• Complete required physical/health statement documentation
• Complete Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen
• Complete and comply with Trinity Code of Conduct requirements
• Complete Trinity I9 employment eligibility verification
• Sign and comply with Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Property Information & System Security Agreement
• Complete Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
• Complete Trinity Criminal Background Check process
• Complete Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form
• Maintain Trinity NSO professional liability coverage
• Complete Trinity System Access Form for appropriate system permissions
• Complete and maintain Trinity Profile documentation
